Context
COPIREP steers the reform of state-owned enterprises in the DR Congo. It needed to digitise and organise its administrative documents: archive and classify them, find them again, control who can access them and track their approval.
What the system does
- Digital archiving and classification.
- Search and secure viewing.
- Per-user access control.
- Audit trail of every operation on a document.
- Document approval workflow.
- Status tracking for each document.
Architecture
The Laravel backend holds the business rules, access rights and audit trail. The interface is an Angular application that consumes the backend API. Everything runs on the institution’s intranet, with no public exposure.
